Ridgehead Farm is situated on an unclassified road that runs between the A53 and Longnor village.

From the North
From Buxton and follow the A53 road south towards Leek, on leaving Buxton you will enter Staffordshire, pass the Travellers Rest pub on your left, continue on the A53 for another three miles until you reach the Winking man on your left, turn left immediately before the Winking Man towards Longnor and we are on the right after one mile. We are seven miles from Buxton.

From the South
From Leek take the A53 north towards Buxton, pass through Blackshaw Moor and start climbing, at the top of the hill you will see the Winking Man pub on your right, turn right immediately after it towards Longnor, we are on the right after one mile. We are seven miles from Leek

From the West
From Macclesfield take the A537 Cat & Fiddle road to Buxton, when you get to the ‘T’ junction at the end in Buxton turn right on the A53 and follow the directions as above from the North.
From Congleton take the A54 to Buxton, this joins the A537 just before Buxton as above.

From the East
From Bakewell take the B5055, sign posted Monyash, carry on through Monyash to the junction with the A515. Go straight over sign posted Longnor, stay on that road down a steep hill through Crowdicote until you reach Longnor village. At the crossroads in the centre of the village go straight over with the Horseshoe pub on your right, follow the road up hill for about three miles, you will pass a coach garage on your right and a big badger sign on your left, we are on the left about a mile after the Badger sign. We are ten miles from Bakewell.
